Another original member of the band, Jimmy Burris is well known throughout the bluegrass world for his ability as a tenor singer who can match his tenor singing with the low pitch he has for bass singing. Jimmy who is the Mandolin Player with the band also finger picks the guitar on different songs for the band. Jimmy's ability as a singer places him singing anywhere between tenor and bass, and is featured as lead singer on many songs that the band plays.

Basically the lead singer and emcee, Jeff is also another original member of the band. Jeff has several original songs that the band has recorded including Travelin On the title track of the second CD. In addition he wrote Christmas this Year, a song included on the CD, Christmas in Carolina which featured 16 other North Carolina Bluegrass Bands. Christmas in Carolina was recorded on the Blue Circle Record Label, owned by Tom T. and Dixie Hall. Jeff has a sense of humor that keeps everyone wondering what is coming next.
